Piyawut is a landscape architect and urban designer. He holds a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, where he received the Lucile Smyser Lowenfish Memorial Prize for the most outstanding student in the final design studio (Wadi[Re]Urbanization, Jordan) and the GSAPP Honor Award for Excellence in Design for consistently high-quality studio work. He earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Chulalongkorn University and is a licensed landscape architect in Thailand.

With more than a decade of professional experience, he has worked in landscape architecture studios in New York and Bangkok. Now based in Bangkok, Thailand, his practice explores projects across multiple scales and typologies, integrating site criteria, natural context, cultural element and functionality to shape the unique site-specific design.
